Network outage on secondary services

Hi,
All secondary services (MX2, NS2, and so on) including this website were down for about 4 hours due to a frame size issue (also known as MTU issue) on the network of the operator who is hosting this server.
The problem is not fixed but overwrought by the fact they don't seem to understand the issue, a classical TCP MSS clamping fixed the issue, at least for TCP connections.
Edit: Problem fixed on hoster side, yup typing two poor commands on routers can take about 4 days. Needless to say that without workaround on our side all secondary services would have been down for 4 days.
